Why I Dont Get My Order?
I has make the payment by T.T or BTC,USDT ,But I dont get the order .
Hi dear friend, If your make the order and has pay the payment for order, but don’t gave any answer from my company web ,and don’t get your order pacakge. kindly check as following:
1. If you make the order and Submit the order in web, you will get our online shop order email in your email box. if don’t see it, kindly check the email spam box.
2. For all order email, we also will send a new order file email to you with the W.U,T.T,BTC,USDT payment infor. if don’t see it, kindly check the email spam box.
3. For T.T ,BTC,USDT payment , When make the payment,kindly send the Transfer ID or photo the transfer invoice to us.then we can confirm the payment for you in time. and we will send the confirm email to you. then we will send the product to you ,and send the track number to you.
4.For W.U, just send the MTCN to us check it.
5. If has make the payment, but your don’t get the order, maybe you don’t send the payment transfer invoice to us. So we don’t confirm the payment for your order. we don’t know which payment for your order, so cant send the order. All order will been send until we confirm the order payment. hope you understand it.
